Empire Orthopedic Center provides X-ray, Fluoroscopy, and Ultrasound services within our clinic. We are proud to have Wayne Boyd, MD as our staff radiologist, who has served the surrounding communities since 1975.
Our digital x-ray machine provides filmless x-ray images saving time and effort for our patients and an instant digital image can be reviewed by you and your physician in your exam room within minutes. Additionally, due to the technology and our highly skilled technicians, retakes are rare which limits the patient’s exposure to x-rays
Empire Orthopedics is also associated with Palm Imaging Institute located at 399 E 21st Street, San Bernardino, across from Saint Bernadine’s Medical Center in San Bernardino, CA. We are able to refer patients for more complex diagnostic imaging such as MRI and CT scans and interface with their digital image system in order to review the films with our patients during the appointments in our clinic.
Rick Goodwin
joined Dr Donaldson’s team in 2004 as an X-ray tech . He is in charge of all of the imaging modalities at Empire Orthopedic Center. He is a valid asset to our team and provides our patients with a quality care and a pleasant experience while treating them.
